Shipping Policy:
Due to State & Federal regulations governing the limitations of shipping alcohol, MadWine can only ship wine to the following states (we will be adding more states in the future): AK,AZ,CA,CO,CT,DC,FL,GA,IA,ID,IL,IN,LA,MI,MN,MO,NC,NE,NM,NV,NY,OH,OR,SC,TX,VA,WA,WI.
Madwine is focused on ensuring age requirements are met on each order. All orders will require proper identification upon delivery and the shipping package will be clearly labeled to indicate that the package cannot be delivered to a person under twenty-one years of age.
All orders inside Washington's delivery range(delivery range is the Greater Seattle Area) over $250 will be delivered within 2-4 business days for free, please select: Madwine Free Local Delivery(Only on Seattle Area orders over $250) as the Delivery option.
All orders outside of the state of Washington will be delivered via FedEX. Please select FedEx Ground and enter your work address under the shipping info if you are able to take delivery of your wine at your place of work, this will make it easier for FedEx to complete the delivery since an adult signature will be required upon delivery. If you select any other shipping options and ship it to your residence, FedEx will make 3 consecutive day delivery attempts to your place of residence, if you happen to miss FedEx all 3 days they will hold the package another 5 business days at their local FedEx customer service counter for pick up.
All orders placed before 8AM Monday-Friday will be treated as orders placed that day and will be shipped within 2-4 business days, all orders placed after 8AM will be treated as orders placed the next business day and be shipped within 2-4 business days.
