Product Review Submission

We now have white wine, but it won't last long. Our white grape block in the vineyard has 80% Pinot Blanc and 20% Pinot Gris plants. We ferment both varietals together producing a field blend. This wine has aged on the lees for over 18 months resulting in a wonderful balance and mouthfeel. Released April 2011.
