MadWine is focused on ensuring age requirements are met on each order. All orders will require proper identification upon delivery and the shipping package will be clearly labeled to indicate that the package cannot be delivered to a person under twenty-one years of age. All orders inside Washington's delivery range(delivery range is the Greater Seattle Area) over $500 will be delivered within 1-2 business days for free, please select: Madwine Free Local Delivery(Only on Seattle Area orders over $500)as the Delivery option, on all Washington State orders under $500(please select UPS as the shipping option) UPS shipping charges will be applied and will be delivered within 1-2 business days. All orders outside of the state of Washington will be delivered via UPS. Please select UPS Ground and enter your work address under the shipping information if you are able to take delivery of your wine at your place of work, this will make it easier for UPS to complete the delivery. If you select any other UPS services and ship it to your place of residence, UPS will make 3 consecutive day delivery atempts to your place of residence, if you happen to miss UPS they will hold your package an additional 5 business days at their local UPS customer service counter for pick-up. All orders placed before 8AM Monday-Friday will be treated as orders placed that day and will be shipped within 1-2 business days, all orders placed after 8AM will be treated as orders placed the next business day and be shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping Rates are as follows: 1. If the shipping address is located inside MadWine's Seattle delivery zone(Greater Seattle Area), delivery charges are based upon UPS rates for orders under $500(Please select UPS shipping). For orders over $500 FREE SHIPPING, please select: Madwine Free Local Delivery(Only on Seattle Area orders over $500) as your shipping option. 2. If the shipping address is not located inside the Seattle delivery zone, delivery charges will based on UPS rates which will be calculated upon checkout. If the order is for more than 3 cases of wine, the shipping charges may be misquoted when the order is placed. Shipping charges on more than 3 cases will be discounted, MadWine will contact you with the final shipping cost before your order is processed and delivered.
