| The Pinot Auxerrois grapes were primarily grown in their own Gray Monk vineyards. The grapes were harvested at perfect readiness and great flavours. Pale lemon in colour, this wine has a fruity aroma with muted notes of lime. The complex layers of fruit flavour suggest peaches and sweetened rhubarb with a refreshing underlying acidity. Served chilled, this wine is delicious on its own, with salads, seafood or poultry. | |
