Already in the fourteenth century was known the excellence of the Nebbiolo, the red dry wine, picked up around first autumn fogs. This is produced in Sinio on the young vineyards, slowly sharpened in small oak barrels so it can express a rich, sustained violet perfume. It improves in long aging, five to six years. Great wine for red meat, seasoned cheese, particularly suggested for game and pate.

The estate is of approx. 10 ha. mainly cultivated with Dolcetto d'Alba - Barbera d'Alba -Nebbiolo d'Alba and Barolo grapes and the whole business is run by the family itself, in the villages of Serralunga d'Alba, Sinio and Roddino. All the vineyards are south-facing, on a hill-side, at an average height between 200 and 400 mt. above sea level. In this area the ground presents the typical clay -limestone composition which advantages the growth of the above vines.
