First, the nose is lightly toasted and vanilleand secondly it developps favours of flowers (hawthorn) and fruit (pear, litchies). Long and full bodied, this wine is better after a few years in bottles. This wine will find its fullness after a few years. 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Semillon
