Isole E Olena Chianti Classico 2009
80% Sangiovese, 15% Canaiolo, 5% Syrah
After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is racked into barrel and cask. Maturation takes place in barrel (of which 15% is new oak) and 4000 litre oak casks where it matures for about a year. It is then bottled and released after 3-4 months.
