Ash Hollow is a boutique winery operation which focuses on producing ultra-premium quality wines. A sense of place is pervasive – the entire team focuses on producing wines that showcase the vineyards and the extraordinary terroir of Eastern Washington. Winemaking is minimalist and traditional with a new world attitude. Ash Hollow has compiled a wonderful team, including Winemaker Tony Lombardo and Vineyard Foreman Cris Lopez, who believe in wine growing, rather than winemaking. The viticulture and winemaking teams strive to "make the wine in the vineyard," working towards growing quality grapes that will develop into ultra-premium wines with little intervention.
