Light, bright yellow. Intensely spicy nose displays bright citrus, pear and mineral scents. I'd never have guessed that this was a pinot-dominant blend from Ambonnay. Clean, finely etched lemon, orchard fruit and peppery spice flavors stain the palate and are gently buffered by sweet butter and candied rose.
