100% Albarino. Bunches are sorted on a conveyor belt where any unripe or rotten grapes are rejected. The grapes are then put into a de-stemmer then pressed and cooled. The juice is fermented in stainless steel vats. Once fermentation is complete the wine is separated from the fine lees. It is then fined, stabilized and filtered before bottling.
